Shipping and Returns

We currently only ship to New Zealand.

All orders will be calculated at checkout. Rural deliveries will be an extra fee and allow extra time where things may be delayed.

All orders are processed and dispatched in 3-4 business days.

Delivery times will vary depending on destination. Please allow 3-10 working days.

Unfortunately due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns, unless a product is faulty or incorrectly received.

So please choose carefully when ordering.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, we are happy to sort this out for you. Please email me via chicbeautycosmetics@hotmail.com with a photo of the damaged/faulty product and your order number within 5 days of receiving your items.

If you have received the wrong products, I'm so sorry mistakes happen. Please email me with a photo of the incorrect product and your order number within 5 days of receiving your items. Products returned without approval from my customer care team may be refused, please ensure contact first.
